What should I do if my payment is on hold?
For security purposes, we need a scanned copy of any government-issued ID to be sent to payment@bokra.online
Like ID, Passport copy or Driving license.
Payment on Hold:
Sometime the customer’s payment will be put on hold. This means that even though the payment is successful from the customer’s end, due to some security reasons it is temporarily put on hold on Bokra.online system until successfully verified.

Can I transfer my refund to the card I paid with?
Yes. Simply reach out to our customer service team and raise a request.
If the refund is for an order that is cancelled before shipping or before you picked the product, the amount will be transferred to your card and will reflect within 15-20 business days.
