Used spare parts pickup:
All used spare parts are sold as if where is from the seller directly to you, without returns. However, if you reach a dispute between you and the part sellers, you have the right to request refund within 14 days fro, Bokra.online.
In case of refund, all parts should be returned to the parts seller on its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days after the parts seller confirmation that parts returned on its original condition.
In case, the buyer/user did not collect or receive the part, refund will be within 3-7 working days, and buyer need to request refund within 14 days from purchase date.
Return of the picked up parts to the parts sellers cost absorbed by the buyers.
Cancellation Used or new spare parts shipped
If the user contact the parts seller or bokra.online to ship the parts, the cancellations may be accommodated if the order has not yet been packed or shipped.
We will do our best to accommodate order cancellations, but if for any reason we are unable to do so, you may return the product. You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving our order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be canceled after receiving our electronic Order Confirmation email. For any further assistance, you can contact us directly by email.

The purchase of spare parts or brokers are not done through bokra.online, and hence parts and car buyers can deal directly with their brokers to any inquiries.
